The VISUAL (spatial/image based) Learner:
- Maths, Science and Social studies : Khan academy, shows students how a problem can be
solved,it includes 40,000 interactive Common Core aligned practice questions with interactive images and
develops the explanations with over 10,000 videos and in a hand written step by step format which is
more relatable to a students own work.
- Science: The NASA Visualization Explorer is a great way to implement visually some fun
science facts learned in class
- Reading & Writing My Story School eBook Maker is a publishing tool for little kids to create
their own stories, with Scribble: Kids Book Maker they can also illustrate their stories
- Music & Visual Arts Paint Online enables students to create artworks using different tools and
keeping them in a gallery, MetKids introduces them to the world of art and explores masterpieces
The LOGICAL (mathematical/step-by-step) Learner:

this helps develop skills and confidence in a structured way for students who strive with strong guidance
The SOCIAL (interpersonal) Learner:
🤝Maths: Math is fun helps students learn math through games, puzzles, quizzes, it’s interactive
so the student doesn’t lose interest
🤝Science: Project Noah “is a tool to explore and document wildlife and a platform to harness the
power of citizen scientists everywhere.”
🤝Reading & Writing: BoomWriter has collaborative and competitive writing exercises
🤝Social studies: Social Studies Friendzy is an app that has live tutors available to help students
🤝Music & Visual Arts: Wizard School! Offers creative challenge to encourage creating and
sharing
The SOLITARY (intra-personal) Learner:
🖐Maths: Math is fun offers games that a student can enjoy playing alone, it’s in simple language
so they don’t need additional support to follow instructions
🖐Science: The iCell App is a fun way to explore all your surroundings to understand the world
better and see the cell structures of plants, animals, and bacteria
🖐Reading & Writing: Me: A Kid's Diary offers prompts for self-guided reflection
🖐Social studies: The Pyramids for a private tour of the pyramids
🖐Music & Visual Arts: Simple line drawing for kids helps students learn simple line drawings to
grow confidence in their skills
The KINESTHETIC (hands-on/physical) Learner:
